The Power of YOUR Voice!

For the past 2 energy healing sessions I noticed that both groups of women were experiencing stuck energy in the throat area and the head.

Too many times, we as women do not speak up about what we want, we concede, we accommodate, we allow things to be said or done.

I know I did for a very long time. I tolerated things, I accepted things, I allowed things that I wouldn’t have if I was deeply loving myself.

I wouldn’t have allowed them if I respected myself.

I wouldn’t have allowed them if I had standards. Honestly, I didn’t even know what standards even meant when it came to me and how to set them.

We can only swallow so much!

We need to step into our power and love ourselves and those involved enough to vocalize what we like, didn’t like and what we want and what we need.

After the sessions we discussed the fears of being heard or not being heard even if we expressed ourselves.

I worked with a coach to step into my power, to set the standards and to lead with the energy of self love!
